Shipping and Payment Information

Promix Gifts Kft. serves only companies, resellers, public institutions, and sole proprietors. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill orders from private individuals.

Shipping Information:

• Personal Pickup
  Pickup at our site: 1211 Budapest, Corvin u 18-24
  Monday to Thursday: between 9 AM and 4 PM
  Friday: between 9 AM and 3 PM

• Delivery for an Additional Fee:
  In Budapest and surrounding areas via Promix’s own delivery service; nationwide via GLS Courier Service, or for pallet quantities, with our contracted transport partners.
  The final shipping cost will be calculated and confirmed during the order finalization based on the customer’s needs. It depends on the quantity of the ordered service or goods, or other circumstances affecting the shipping cost – e.g., express delivery, cash on delivery, weekend delivery (additional costs).
  We are not responsible for damages that occur to the ordered services or goods after warehouse pickup or delivery, once they are in the customer’s possession.
  For all other shipping-related questions, the valid General Terms and Conditions on our website, as well as the relevant rules of the Civil Code, apply.

Payment Information:

• Bank Transfer in Advance
  The ordered product will be handed over to the courier service after the transfer and receipt of the total amount, or you can pick it up in person at our site.

• Cash on Delivery
  If you choose GLS or Promix’s own delivery service, payment can be made in cash at the time of receipt against an invoice.

• Other Options:
  By individual agreement for contracted partners.
